Capturing Documents The InterArchive400 application captures all document formats generated in InterForm400 and provide the storage, retrieval, security and archiving of those documents. With a smooth integration InterForm 400 and InterArchive400 enables easy indexing of archived documents.
Archiving / Storage of AS400 InterArchive400 stores the documents on hard drives, e.g. the IFS of the AS400 / iSeries and can also be transferred onto cheaper storage media like PC & Linux servers. An example could be to have the latest documents in the IFS and after 6 months InterArchive400 can be setup to transferring them onto a alternative server platform.
Retrieval Also InterArchive400 allows you to get instant access to information via the Browser-based User Interface. This intuitive user interface, ensures greater collaboration within and among departments and offices and enhanced security for files and documents. Also archived documents could be made available for external business partners, allowing them to access documents only relevant to them. The login will automatically determine access rights.
